RETURN OF THE HOME TEAMS: Double Header and Silent Auction

The Junction City Roller Dolls are back in action for 2016! Join us as we kick off our 8th season with a double header on Saturday February 6, 2016 at the Golden Spike Event Center Exhibit Hall in Ogden, UT.
This season, we are bringing back our HOME TEAMS the Hilltop Aces and the Aftershocks! They will compete against each other throughout the season for the home team championship and a chance for entry into the 2016 Beehive Brawl tournament in Salt Lake City.
JCRD’s All-Star team, The Trainwrecks, will continue to be made up of the highest skilled and hardest hitting members of the league, representing JCRD at home and on the road.
Our 2016 Season Opener will include ALL 3 of JCRD’s teams!
First up, the Trainwrecks take on the Portneuf Valley Bruisers from Pocatello, Idaho. Next, the home teams will return to the track as the Hilltop Aces go up against the Aftershocks.
This bout will double as our annual SILENT AUCTION FUNDRAISER with a percentage of proceeds going to support CAPSA. (www.CAPSA.org) You will have an opportunity to bid on several items from our sponsors, artists, local businesses, and more!

JUN 27 Junction City Roller Dolls Summer Lovin` Multi-Bout Weekend

Join Junction City Roller Dolls for their ‘Summer Lovin’ multi-bout derby weekend! Starting on Saturday, June 27th at 11 am (doors open at 9:30), the Humboldt Roller Derby (Eureka, California) will play Bakersfield Diamond Divas (Bakersfield, California). After a short break, doors will reopen at 5 pm for two more games. First, at 6:00 pm, the Humboldt Redwood Rollers will match up against the Junction City Trainwrecks. Following at 8pm will be the Junction City LOCO-motives playing the Beet City Bombers (Nampa, Idaho).
Return for another great day of derby on Sunday, June 28th. Starting at 11 am (doors open at 9:30am) the JCRD LOCO-motives will challenge the Portneuf Valley Bruisers Rda . Then to finish this derby weekend, the JCRD Trainwrecks will take on Bakersfield Diamond Divas at 2 pm.

JCRD Multi Game Weekend Feb 28- March 1

The Junction City Roller Dolls are kicking off the 2015 season with a HUGE multi-bout weekend starting Saturday February 28, at the Golden Spike Event Center Exhibit Hall in Ogden, UT and ending on Sunday, March 1.
This weekend will feature both of JCRD’s travel teams, the Trainwrecks and the LOCO-Motives as well as Salt Lake City’s Wasatch Roller Derby. This is sure to be a big weekend for Utah Roller Derby! See weekend schedule below:

JCRD is looking for a coach!

Join our league as COACH! We are looking for someone willing to coach the Junction City Roller Dolls (jcrdolls.com), a women’s flat track derby association (WFTDA) league. Applicants must have an interest in team sports, fitness, and already be familiar with roller derby or willing to quickly learn the game. (Go to wftda.tv to watch archived games.) You are not required to skate.
We are a diverse, skater run, WFTDA league. We have a travel team that is rising in international rankings and a B team that a provides opportunities to develop skater skills while playing interleague games.
There is no financial compensation for this position. We are looking for someone who will be dedicated to leading training on practice nights. Opportunities may become available to bench coach or manage at our home and away bouts.
