Favorite derby memory: First mixed scrimmage with sister leagues, second bout played ever. Nervous, high anxiety and felt out of place. I arrived and explained to my teammates my experience and one of the girls looked at me and said “don’t worry we got you.” High fives from all around. They led and talked me through the whole bout and I had a blast! Such positive vibes!
